Nick Nettleton
CEO and Founder
With over 25 years experience designing and building highly successful digital platforms, Nick works closely with all Loft clients, partners and colleagues to deliver the best technology solutions.
He also acts as an advisor or fractional CTO supporting boards with technology strategy and execution, and collaborating with their other suppliers to deliver the best outcomes. He mentors for accelerators such as FemTech Lab, works with innovation hubs such as the Imperial College AI4Health centre, and facilitates regular industry networking events.
Outside work, Nick is passionate about creativity, culture, history and the outdoors. He has a First Class BA(hons) from the University of Durham.

Rimvydas Zilinskas
Lead Engineer
As lead engineer Rimvydas is responsible for leading the architecture and backend development of major applications within Loft, including a number of high-value global platforms as well as smaller SME R&D projects. He is an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Associate, has an MSc in Computing for the Financial Services, from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Informatics and Computer Networks from Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania.
